It is much harder than it looks! Our First Grade is working on coding their robot using visualization. They are trying to keep the robot in one spot on the mat and visualize where he will be going to get to the cheese without physically moving the mouse. Lots of spatial relation and computational thinking skills going on here!
1st Grade researched different cloud types than worked with a partner to sew and stuff their own cloud design. Next they recorded each other using green screen technology talking about the different types of clouds. Finally, the students put all the videos together in an iMovie.
